Extracting the injection molding machine from the production hall, building a wooden crate to size, securing it to the base using textile straps.

Building wooden crates of the right dimensions, proper wrapping, securing on the wooden base, placing inside the crate, and applying shock sensors.

Unloading the equipment from the truck using the 8-ton forklift, positioning it in the hall according to the client’s specifications. Collecting and disposing of the materials used.

Making wooden / OSB boxes on the dimensions of the equipment, using certified materials (ISPM15) to be able to be transferred over Ocean. Packing is done with anti-corrosive Aluminum foil (moisture absorbent inside mandatory) and secured with textile tape.

We intervene on the Electrical / Mechanical disconnection and confection of wooden pods per size. The equipment will be mechanically fixed to the pods, thus transfers are risky.

The equipment arrives at our warehouse, then it will be transferred to the Laboratory and positioned in the space according to the specifications.

Extraction of equipment from the Laboratory, packing and preparation for transfer to another City / Country.
